The Pleasantville softball team played host to Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont in a non-conference doubleheader Saturday. It was the Rockets coming away with a sweep, with scores of 6-0 and 13-5.

EBF scored four of the six runs in the fourth inning of game 1, holding the Trojans off the board the entire way. Pleasantville struck first in game 2 with a run scored in the bottom of the first, and led 4-3 after three. But the Rockets did the bulk of their damage in the sixth, plating eight runs to put the game out of reach.

Pleasantville moves to 2-5 on the season and returns to action Tuesday at Earlham.
