Neil Drive is closed at Idaho Drive to all through traffic while work continues on stage 1 related to the street reconstruction project. During this stage, a detour route remains in place south of Pella using Clark Street / Highway T17 to Illinois Drive to 218th Avenue to Neil Drive. This closure will continue for approximately 4 weeks. The actual location of full closures and direction of the detour route may change several times during this project.
