Absolute Concrete, in cooperation with Bolton and Menk, held a pair of open houses Thursday, discussing the Indianola Downtown Square Reconstruction Project, known as the streetscape. Indianola residents and business owners were introduced to the project managers, given expected timelines for the project, and allowed to ask questions.
