A service recently added by the Pella Public Library aims to improve communication about the latest materials available locally. Director Mara Strickler says Wowbrary is a nonprofit service that provides free weekly emails about a local library’s most recent acquisitions. She says Wowbrary serves as an online version of the new-book shelf, but one that spans all library branches, including items that are already checked out.
