The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session today. They’ll hold a public hearing and consider an amendment to the West Pleasant Urban Renewal Area, will consider a sewer revenue loan and disbursement agreement anticipation project note, and will consider a resolution directing the sale of 401 3rd Street Place.

They’ll receive a classification and compensation study update from the Austin Peters Group, will consider a Parks and Recreation master plan, consider fire department memorial funds to purchase uniforms, and consider the creation of a community and economic development director, among other items.

The Knoxville City Council meeting begins at 6:15 p.m. inside the Knoxville City Council Chambers. The meeting will air live on 95.3 KNIA.
