The Knoxville City Council met in regular session Monday. They approved a sewer revenue loan and disbursement agreement anticipation project note, and a resolution directing the sale of 401 3rd Street Place.

They received a classification and compensation study update from the Austin Peters Group, approved a Parks and Recreation master plan, fire department memorial funds to purchase uniforms, and took no action on the creation of a community and economic development director, among other items.
