Vermeer Corporation is working to fill their growing demand for products by finding people willing to learn and take on new responsibilities across the mile, according to Talent Acquisition Lead Austen Schueler. He says this summer, Vermeer is hosting special hiring days weekly for their various departments, with the aim of not only getting people interested in their career opportunities, but doing in-depth follow-up in trying to match those individuals with the right path.

“Friday will be a hiring event for assemblers, we envision the week after being an event for machinists or painters, where we can have the sole focus of the organization on that specific disciple, with all hands on deck.”
