Registration is open for the third Your Life Matters 5K Run/Walk in August. Your Life Matters is a local organization whose mission is to raise awareness for suicide prevention. Organizing Committee member Scott Karr says this is the main fundraiser for the group, and reminds residents of the importance of this cause.

The Your Life Matters 5K Run/Walk is Saturday, August 28th, starting and ending at Knoxville High School. Registration costs $25 for ages 19+ and $20 for those 18 and under. Hear more on today’s Let’s Talk Knoxville.
