A new trial date has been set for a Melcher-Dallas man who faces felony burglary charges. 36-year-old Korey Dale Harris is accused of breaking into a residence in the 300 block of County Highway G76 by shattering windows, and stealing over $2,000 of property on June 20th, 2020.

An arrest warrant was served Wednesday, A $300 bond was posted, and Harris was released on his own recognizance after a fingerprint scan. The trial is scheduled to begin July 1st in Marion County District Court.
