Two more winter sports coaches were approved by the Knoxville School Board at Monday night’s meeting. Matt Ritchhart will take over the girls basketball job, replacing Jim Uitermarkt, who stepped down after 14 seasons, and Skylar Spaur will replace Doug Hatch in the wrestling program. Most recently, Ritchhart was the assistant boys coach and compiled an 8-5 record as interim coach this winter. Ritchhart is also the girls soccer coach for the Panthers. Spaur was Hatch’s assistant and will take over a program that he wrestled for in high school and placed 8th at the State Meet in 2011 in the 171 pound weight class. Spaur takes over for Hatch, who will move to the middle school wrestling program.
