Helen Neer passed away at her home on June 17, 2021. She will be greatly missed by her children: Karma (Larry) Riggan and Merlin (Dixie) Neer; grandchildren: Kelly (Sherri) Riggan, Brett (Marah) Neer, Tiffany (Garrett) Chumbley, and Tyler (Kendra) Neer; great grandchildren: Kortney (AJ), Keegan, Bethany, Lindy, Seth, Luke, Kamryn, Lauren, and Tyson; a brother, Darrell Daugherty; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Doyle in 1993; infant son, Doyle Dwight Neer; parents: Stanley and Gladys Daugherty; and siblings: Glenn Daugherty, Beatrice Fogle, and Bill Daugherty.
