Don Swearngain, age 79, (formerly of Knoxville, Iowa) passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020 in Westminster, Colorado. A private graveside service with military honors will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at the Greenwood Cemetery in Knoxville. A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 11:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. with Don’s family present to greet friends and relatives at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum in Knoxville, with a luncheon provided. Winfield Funeral Home in Knoxville is assisting the family.
