The Indianola Chamber of Commerce is holding a ribbon cutting ceremony today for La Casa Mexican Restaurant. Chamber President and CEO Brenda Easter tells KNIA News the chamber is currently making up for lost time on ribbon cutting ceremonies after many were postponed last year, and is looking at these as an opportunity to further signal how Indianola businesses are resilient and are recovering from the pandemic. La Casa is located at 508 N Jefferson Way, with the ceremony held at 10:30am.
