The Knoxville City Council met in regular session Monday. They approved a 28E agreement with Marion County authorizing annual appropriation tax increment payments regarding the VA campus. They approved a bid from Midwest Sanitation for the residential city-wide clean-up, which will take place in the fall.

They approved the disposal of interest in the property at 705 S 7th Street, and approved the renewal of a one percent local option sales tax.
