PCM softball will travel to the Tulip City today to compete in the Pella Christian tournament.
PCM starts the day with the host Eagles, who statistically appear to be comparable to the Mustangs. The pitching will be vital for whichever team walks away victorious as both teams get on base more than 35% of the time. PCM will then play Belle Plaine later in the day. The Mustangs will look to pounce on a Plainsmen team only scoring 4.7 runs per game and allowing 5.7 runs per contest.
PCM and Pella Christian kick off the tournament at 8:30 this morning with the Belle Plaine game to follow later in the day.
