Oskaloosa was not friendly for the Eagles summer teams, who fell 6-0 on the softball diamond and 6-4 in baseball action Monday evening.

Bennett Spronk was 2-for-4 with a pair of doubles and three runs batted in and Eliot Menninga also had two hits.

Pella Christian’s baseball team is 8-18 overall and 5-12 in the Little Hawkeye Conference’ The Eagles softball team drops to 12-17 overall and 4-13 in league competition. Both are off until heading to Pella High School for a varsity doubleheader Wednesday.
