The concluded the scoring, as the Mustangs were held off the board the rest of the way. Peters had two doubles to lead the way offensively. Haley Downe pitched the complete game, giving up two hits and two walks while recording 10 strikeouts. Norwalk improves to 21-8 overall and 14-4 in the Little Hawkeye Conference.
