The Sabers will hit the road to take on Albia Monday to kick off their final week of regular season baseball.
Twin Cedars has matched up against Albia nine times this decade and have not fared well, winning just two of the games. The most recent Sabers victory came in 2015. The two teams met a year ago, which resulted in an 11-0 Blue Demons victory. Head Coach Mark Schroeder said that his team will need to focus on doing their jobs to ensure they can avoid repeating the recent history of this series. The Sabers sit at 13-9 on the season overall and 11-6 in conference play.
The Twin Cedars baseball game will begin at 5:30 p.m. at Albia High School Sports Complex.
