Jim Crozier is calling it a career. After 32 seasons at the helm of the Melcher-Dallas softball program, he is stepping down from leading the team. He finished with 616 career wins after the Saints finished 27-9 this summer, falling to their rivals at Twin Cedars Thursday night to end the 2021 season.

“The decision was not an easy one,” Crozier wrote on a Facebook post. “Melcher-Dallas softball has been a huge part of my life and I have no regrets. To all the young ladies that I have been fortunate enough to coach, I love you all! I would not have had the success I did without the great athletes that played for me.”
