An active weekend of weather prevented the balloons from launching at the Red Rock Balloonfest, however, a 5K was still held with more than 100 runners supporting local high school cross country teams.

Pella Christian Cross Country Coach Mike Buchheit and Knoxville Cross Country Coach Michael Splavec were both thankful for the return of their running event Saturday morning that brings their programs and Pella High School together.
