Justin Henderson has been good for the last few weeks at the Knoxville Raceway. Saturday, he stepped it up a notch by sweeping the 360 and 410 A-Mains, leaving no doubt who is the hottest driver in the Midwest right now. Henderson took care of business in the 360s in his family owned car by claiming the lead from Jamie Ball by lap six and never trailed. The 410 race took a little longer to come in, but Henderson blew by Ayrton Gennetten and cruised to the win. Henderson said in victory lane, he knew he would win both races due to the confidence he had in both cars…

Henderson:
“Before we started that 360 feature, I had a big smile on my face, I could picture my boy running up to me and that 410 feature I got a big smile on the my face, I looked at the drivers ahead of me, and again pictured by baby boy running up to me and we did it twice.”

Tyler Gronenendyk all but slammed the door shut on the Pro Sprints title by roaring from 12th starting position to win that class. He now unofficially has a near insurmountable 358 point gap on second place Chase Young with only two more Pro Sprints shows remaining. Next week all three sprint car classes will be running on 3M night.
