The Indianola School Board met in regular session Monday evening. The board discussed the district’s implementation of the Child’s Internet Protection Act and the Technology Protection Measure & Internet Safety Policy, designated an asbestos removal contract, food service meal prices, and approved a quote on approval to order 1,640 Chromebooks for the elementary school students, and the 2021-22 milk bid. The board also discussed the federal funds the district received for coronavirus relief, and approved a resolution to pay bills when the board is not in session, in addition to receiving reports from the facilities, human resources, technology, and policy committee meetings.
