Two Knoxville Softball players have earned first team all-South Central Conference this season…
Ashlyn Finarty and Emma Dunkin earned first team all South Central Conference for the 2021 season. Finarty had the lowest ERA in the conference at 1.05 and ended the year 5th with 59 strikeouts. Finarty was also a force at the plate, batting a conference leading .455 and was 2nd in the conference with eight home runs. Dunkin was 5th in the conference with 11 stolen bases was 12th in the SCC with 34 RBI. Brittany Bacorn earned second team. She was 5th in the conference in batting at .436. Honorable mentions went to Ciara Heffron, who was second in the conference in ERA with a 1.63. Jadyn Streigle was also tabbed for honorable mention. Streigle was a part of a Panther pitching staff that led the conference with an ERA of 1.25, while Olivia Maasdam also earned honorable mention as her nine doubles on the season was 8th in the South Central Conference. Knoxville finished with a 22-9 record overall and 7-4 in the conference.
