The Knoxville Raceway will hold another triple header of sprint car racing tonight, which is the final night with all three classes until championship night on August 28th. Justin Henderson, on the heels of his win last week in the 410s, now leads the overall points in the top division. The 360s are still a battle between three drivers, leader Ryan Giles, Jamie Ball in 2nd, and Clint Garner in 3rd place with 70 points all that separates the top three. Ball tells KNIA/KRLS Sports his motor program has been good all year, now it is just figuring out how to get a tenth or two quicker in time trials.

Ball:
“Had a lot of help from a couple of guys that run World of Outlaw teams and James and Charlie Fisher and Tim Engler have helped out. This 360 class is so tough, that last week if I had been a tenth faster I would have been 2nd rather than 6th.”

Tyler Groenendyk has all but slammed the door shut on the Pro Sprints points with a 358 point lead after winning last week. Listen to live coverage on KNIA and streamed live at kniakrls.com beginning with Live Track Side at 5:00 and Race Nights Live at 7:00
