The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday, August 4th to celebrate the new ownership of Sundance Realty. The new owners are Ryan and Sara Roberts, who take ownership from Kathy Caviness, who started the business in 2004.

The ribbon cutting ceremony begins at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 4th at 112 E Robinson Street in Knoxville. An open house will follow.
