Pat Bennett

A Marion County jury returned a guilty verdict on four counts against Patricia Bennett of Pleasantville. She was found guilty of Stalking Against a Minor and Tampering with a Witness and Conspiracy to Commit each of those offenses. Stalking Against a Minor is a Class D Felony and carries up to 5 years in prison. Tampering With a Witness is an Aggravated Misdemeanor and carries up to 2 years in prison.

Chad Bennett, the defendant’s son, was also tried jointly, but he elected for a trial to a judge. District Court Judge Dustria Relph will issue a written ruling regarding Chad Bennett at a later date.
