The PCM cross country program gives us our sixth best moment of the 2020-2021 sports season for the Mustangs. PCM had two qualifiers for this year’s 2A state meet in Fort Dodge. Sophomore Paige Steenhoek placed 11th at Williamsburg, while freshman Tiffani Koonce placed 13th to advance to state. Head Coach Eric Karr said it took a tremendous effort from those two to qualify in what was a loaded field.

Steenhoek placed 52nd in the 2A girls race with a time of 21:43, while Koonce finished 95th with a time of 22:39.
