A group of Pella Christian athletes nearly broke a state record at the famous Blue Oval and lands on No. 5 on the countdown of top moments from Eagle Lane in 2020-21.

The Sprint Medley Relay of Luke Nikkel, Isaac Kacmarynski, Peyton Ritzert, and Levi Schelhaas had speed to burn with a 3rd place finish and a time of 1:34.45 — with the two teams ahead of them breaking the fastest time in 2A history prior to this year’s event.
