A new performance center at Norwalk High School is under construction, which will include a new competition gymnasium. Athletics & Activities Director Al Lammers says due to that construction, a section of the current gym has been taken out, thus lowering the capacity for this school year.

Lammers notes that this is a temporary inconvenience, with a brand new facility on the way. The construction is expected to be completed in October 2022.
