The Indianola High School gyms received upgrades this summer, part of several Indianola School District projects that have taken place over the last several months. Facilities Director Bernie Brueck tells KNIA Sports the East Auxiliary Gym received new bleacher seats, sanded floors, and new lights. The North Gym, where Indianola athletic teams compete, also got new seats, painted walls, new wall mats, and a new floor. Brueck also said the facilities and activities staff are really excited to get teams in to start competing in the new-look facilities.
