If there is one opponent that the Melcher-Dallas Football Squad is looking forward to playing over any other, it is the Saints chief rival Twin Cedars. Last season, the two teams were not originally scheduled to play but due to both opting out of the eight-man postseason, they scheduled each other in the last week of the season with the Saints claiming a 46-0 win. Saints Coach Pat Ferguson tells KNIA Sports he is glad to have his arch rival on the schedule this season and says it has been a great rivalry over the years.
