A celebration of life will be held for Jim Swarthout, 78, of Chariton, on Saturday, August 28, 2021, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Williamson Community Center. There will be a time to visit and share stories. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be directed to the family.
