The Norwalk and Indianola volleyball teams took part in the Southeast Polk Quad Thursday. The Warriors came away with three wins on the day, all in 2-0 sweeps. Norwalk defeated the Rams 21-17, 21-16 to get the day underway. That was followed by a quick 21-9, 21-10 win over Des Moines Lincoln. The nightcap was more competitive, as the Warriors knocked off Indianola 21-17, 21-18.

The Indians fell 2-1 to Southeast Polk 21-15, 16-21, 15-7.

Norwalk returns to action Saturday at a tournament in Grinnell, while Indianola heads to a tournament in Harlan Saturday.
