The #15 in Class 4A Norwalk volleyball team was at the Grinnell tournament Saturday, and went 2-2 on the day. The day started with a 2-0 sweep of South Tama. The Warriors won by set scores of 21-17 and 21-19.
West Liberty got the better of the Warriors in the second match of the day. Norwalk fell in straight sets by scores of 21-17 and 21-10.
Norwalk dominated in a sweep of Lynnville-Sully, beating the Hawks 21-5 and 21-13.
The day ended with another loss to West Liberty in a slightly closer match. Final set scores were 21-14 and 21-17.
Norwalk moves to 5-3 and opens Little Hawkeye Conference play Tuesday, hosting Pella Christian.
