At their most recent meeting, the Pella School Board approved a new vision and mission for the district. Superintendent Greg Ebeling says the change comes after months of work sessions and gathering input and feedback from stakeholders about what the goals of Pella Community Schools are for any student entering the system.

The new vision reads:
“We exist to help prepare everyone to learn, lead and achieve.”

The new mission is:
Pursuing Excellence
Building Relationships
Developing Potential
