Chad Bennett

A new trial date has been set for a Pleasantville man accused of sexual abuse. 50-year-old Chad Bennett will now appear before a judge on December 14th after an order for continuance was granted for the third time. Bennett faces charges of sexual abuse, stalking, and witness tampering. Bennett waived his right to a jury and waived his right to a speedy trial.

In July, Bennett’s mother, Pat Bennett, was found guilty of Stalking Against a Minor and Tampering with a Witness, and Conspiracy to Commit each of those offenses in connection to this case.
