Pleasantville’s football squad suffered their first loss of the 2021 season in their first road game, losing 39-7 to Interstate-35.

The Trojans failed to get anything going offensively or defensively as it showed in the matchup. Through two games, Pleasantville has scored just 20 points total. The other 13 came in the Week One victory against Lynnville-Sully. The Trojans also now have given up 46 points through their first two weeks. With the loss, Pleasantville drops to 1-1 on the season.

The Trojans will be back in action next week as they will be back at home taking on Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont.
