The Well Knoxville is hosting a Grounding Course called “Gardening Your Life” beginning later this month. Director Larissa Van Donselaar says this is a course for local people to manage their anxiety and depression.

Topics include healthy boundaries, understanding and managing emotions, distress tolerance skills, and more. The course runs each Monday from September 20th through November 22nd from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at The Well Knoxville. Lunch will be provided.
