Abnormally dry conditions continue to remain largely unchanged locally in the latest U.S. Drought Monitor report. Moderate drought continues in northern Marion County as well. Little to no significant relief is expected in the near future, with the next best chance for rain coming Monday night into Tuesday as a cold front passes through.
