The Indianola Public Arts Commission held a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday afternoon for the debut of their new traveling piano on the downtown Indianola square. Dan Anderson with the Indianola Public Arts Commission tells KNIA News the idea for the traveling piano is to draw people near local businesses to maybe hear some music or to play some themselves, and while they are there they can check out local shops. The traveling piano is on E Salem Ave near Pageturners Bookstore and Odds and Ends, and is available for anyone to play.
