Chad Bennett

A sentencing hearing has been set for 50-year-old Chad Bennett of Pleasantville for four counts of stalking and conspiracy to commit stalking. A bench trial was held Thursday, where Bennett entered a stipulation on the four counts after the court found him guilty. During the bench trial, Bennett waived his rights and entered a guilty plea. Sentencing is set for November 4th.

Bennett is still scheduled to go on trial for sexual abuse charges in connection to the stalking case. That trial is scheduled for December 14th.
