A wreck occurred around 4:00 Friday afternoon on State Highway 14 just outside Ken Locke Stadium in Knoxville. Knoxville Fire Chief Cal Wyman tells KNIA/KRLS News that four vehicles were involved, and e everyone refused medical treatment.
