The #4 Pella boys and #12 Pella girls cross country teams are eastbound to end the 2021 regular season over the next few weeks. Head Coach Doug Cutler says over the past few seasons, their late-season schedule has been adjusted to see a different crop of teams and courses, starting at this Tuesday’s Williamsburg invitational, which was added in part due to the flatness of the course and some of the great eastern Iowa schools that join the competition. Cutler says he’s been excited with the progress made over the past few weeks with his ranked teams, but knows there is still some potential growth left as they start to wind down the team’s training process. Pella heads to Williamsburg for their annual cross country invitational Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.
