For the fifth time this season, Twin Cedars Runner Rylee Dunkin crossed the finish line ahead of everyone else and won the Chariton Invitational on Thursday. Dunkin finished 22 seconds ahead of 2nd place. Dunkin, the now 8th ranked runner in class 1A, according to the Iowa Track Coaches Association poll ran a time of 21:00. Teammate Cheyenne Bruns scored a 10th place in 22:29. Boys runner Andrew Freel was 54th in a time of 22:19. The Sabers head to Honey Creek Resort on Tuesday.
