Cases of COVID-19 remain high in Marion County. Over the past week, 129 new positive tests were reported in Marion County. In September, six residents died due to the virus. As of Thursday, 46.6% of residents were considered fully vaccinated and half of all individuals locally had received at least one dose of a two-shot series.
