Knoxville Hospital & Clinics is bringing back “Girls Night Out” tomorrow on the downtown square. Katrina Nelson with KHC Marketing says it’s an opportunity to learn about women’s health while enjoying what Knoxville businesses have to offer.

“This has been a fun event that we’ve been holding annually. It started 12-13 years ago, and the purpose was to raise awareness about the cancers and health issues that affect women. In addition to the fun stuff, the vendors, the shopping opportunities and the food, we have an opportunity for our health experts to share information about our services and wellness tips.”

The event is coming back after being cancelled in 2020 to allow hospital staff to focus on the health and well-being of the community during the early stages of the pandemic. Downtown businesses will offer specials, vendors will sell products, and door prizes will be available. The KNIA/KRLS Lil’ Big Red Radio will be on site to play music and make announcements.
