The candidates for the open Indianola City Council At-Large seat participated in a forum Thursday evening at the Black Box Theater on the Simpson College campus.

Randy Bickham and Steve Richardson answered questions regarding the use of LOST funds on the streetscape, the city plans on a new city hall and library, tax rates, and qualifications.

Ward 2 and Ward 4 candidates are invited to a forum on Monday, October 11th at Trinity United Presbyterian Church at 7pm, while all 10 of the Indianola School Board candidates are invited to a forum at the church on Thursday, October 21st at 7pm. Both forums will be broadcast live on 94.3 KNIA, and recordings of previous forums can be found on KNIAKRLS.com.
