Z’s Eatery and Draught House in Indianola has been named as a finalist in the 2021 Iowa Pork Producers Best Iowa’s Best Breaded Pork Tenderloin contest. Nominated tenderloins must be from a restaurant that is typically open year-round with regular hours. Z’s is joined by Larsen’s Pub in Elk Horn, the Old Road Cafe and Bar in Emerson, Victoria Station in Harlan, and Stalker’s Pub in Miles. The winner of the contest will be announced in mid-October.
