The four candidates for the Knoxville school board shared their thoughts on why they should be elected during a forum Wednesday evening, aired live on 95.3 KNIA. Dave Woodcock, Jason Everly, Monica Sullivan, and incumbent Larry Scott were in attendance. Superintendent Cassi Pearson thanks the candidates for attending, and encourages everyone to let their voices be heard on Election Day.

“It’s really important that people get to know the candidates and what they stand for prior to going out to vote on November 2nd. We’re very grateful that the candidates showed up and had an opportunity to speak and share their stories. We appreciate KNIA/KRLS’s partnership, and encourage everyone in our community to get out and vote on November 2nd for our school board and city council elections.”

The four candidates are competing for two open spots on the board. The forum can be heard on demand here.
