The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session Monday. They’ll consider rezoning 1510 W Pleasant Street from General Commercial to One and Two-Family Residential. They’ll hold the second and possibly the third reading of an ordinance relating to establishing a community and economic development position. They’ll consider building code ordinances on minimum maintenance, vacant buildings, and fire inspections.

The council will also consider mayor and council member compensation, as well as the replacement of an ambulance.
